Vanilla Gaming Company Launches Kickstarter for Blake Blossom-Starring 'Mystery Kink' Game

LOS ANGELES — Vanilla Gaming Company has launched a Kickstarter to fund adult retro game “Mystery Kink,” featuring Blake Blossom and other performers lending likenesses and voice talent.

As XBIZ reported, “Mystery Kink” — which has been available for wishlisting on the Steam gaming platform since January —  is a classic “hidden object” puzzle game for adults, with graphics reminiscent of 1970s and 1980s whodunnit cartoons like “Scooby Doo.”

Alongside Blossom, the game also features the likenesses and voices of Jewel De’Nyle, Kiki D’Aire and Nickey Huntsman.

“Players will encounter a sexy and hilarious story in this throwback comedy-horror adventure game, spanning across several iconic parody levels including Camp Crystal Fake, BoDangles Chicken & Hoetel, and Strips Ahoy! Gentlemen’s Club,” the synopsis reveals. “Can they solve the mystery of the Legendary Phallus Stones? There’s foul play in Venereousville and only Vanilla and the gang can get to the bottom of this kooky mystery. Players can control Vanilla, Blake, Jewel, Kiki and Nickey as they traverse over 10 hand-drawn levels in this funny and spooky comedy-horror adventure anyone mature enough can play.”

Blossom told XBIZ in January, “I am so honored to be chosen as a guest on ‘Mystery Kink.’ It has been one of my lifelong dreams to be a video game character, and now I am. I personally am a big fan of Scooby Doo and search-and-find games, so I’m looking forward to playing the game — entirely hand-drawn — myself.”

Blossom added that Vanilla Gaming Company’s founder and creative director, Neil Herrin, “has a great mind and is one of the first people to give adult film stars an opportunity to branch out and be more than just a girl who does porn. I look forward to creating a long-lasting memory for my fans, with ‘Mystery Kink’,” Blossom concluded.
