So, what exactly is manifestation? In its essence, manifestation is the art of bringing your desires into reality by focusing your thoughts, emotions, and actions on what you want to create. It’s rooted in the belief that everything in the universe, including our thoughts and feelings, is energy. When you direct your energy toward a particular goal or desire, you create a vibrational match that attracts similar energies back to you.
